If the purchased item has technical problems
If you have checked the poster according to the direction in the “checking the poster” section and the paper inside the box and found out that the poster does not match with the directions, you can contact our specialists in Diaco in order to resolve the possible problem or problems.
This service is only available when the item would be retuned with the Diaco’s original package.
If the physical appearance of the item/s does not match with the information of the website:
If you have found any discrepancy such as the color, design, size and the materials, do not install the poster and inform the specialist of Diaco through the specified contact information.

If the purchased item is damaged physically
If you have observed any physical damages in the package and the purchased item, do not receive it and return it right away.

How do we proceed to evaluate the demands of our customers after they return their purchased items?
Diaco’s specialists would examine and check the specified problems. If the problem or problems and damages are confirmed by Diaco’s specialists, the item will be restored and returned to the customer.
After receiving the returned item, according to the type of it and its problem, our specialists would examine the problems and re-deliver the item within 48 business hours.
